Before Contest Begins: You can cancel your entry into a contest before it starts, as long as the cancellation window (displayed on the contest page) is still open. Upon cancellation, the entry fee will be credited back to your account.
After Contest Begins: Once a contest has started, cancellations are not allowed, and entry fees are non-refundable since the contest depends on live player performances.
2. Cancellations by Airsportplay
Insufficient Participants: If a contest doesn’t meet the required number of participants, Airsportplay reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, all entry fees will be fully refunded.
Technical Issues: If a contest is canceled due to technical difficulties or other unexpected issues, Airsportplay will refund all participants.
Violation of Rules: If a contest is canceled due to rule violations or breaches of our Fair Play Guidelines, those responsible may lose their right to a refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- The contest is canceled by Airsportplay.
- You cancel your entry before the contest begins.
- A billing or payment processing error occurs.
Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to your Airsportplay account balance, which can be used for future contests or withdrawn following our withdrawal policy.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Disqualification due to rule violations.
- Losses due to the performance of players during a contest.
- Refund requests submitted after the contest has started or ended.
4. Withdrawal of Account Balance
Requesting a Withdrawal: You can request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, provided you meet the minimum withdrawal amount specified on the platform.
Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
Fees: A small processing fee may apply to withdrawals, which will be clearly displayed during the withdrawal process.
